Each year the AOH walks in two parades to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and recognize the contributions of the Irish to the greater Milwaukee community.
The AOH is proud to represent Milwaukee's Irish heritage in the state's largest St. Patrick's Day Parade.
This year's parade, which winds through the streets of downtown Milwaukee, will take place on
March 14th at 12:00pm
Wauwatosa residents by the thousands line Bluemound Road for the annual parade sponsored by local businesses, the Friend's of St. Patrick Centre, and the Hunger Task Force. The parade begins at 3:30 on March 14, 2020
For many years the AOH has been a staple at St. Patrick's Day parades in Milwaukee. Our long, rich history has been full of great times and great friends celebrating Ireland and the Irish!
A tradition adopted from our AOH Brothers in the New Orleans' St. Patrick's Day parade, handing out flowers to parade goers has become a fun way for us to interact with the crowd.
Irish-born musician Ian Gould, can often be seen performing along side the AOH Brothers at both of Milwaukee's St. Patrick's Day parades.
